StarConnect is a leader in providing innovative high speed Internet access to rural and sub-urban markets in the USA and Latin America. Specifically in the USA, StarConnect markets its solutions to rural Internet Service Providers and rural CLEC, ILEC, CATV operators and other entities that offer Internet access services and who seek a last mile broadband solution. In Latin America, StarConnect seeks agreements with large in-country Internet service providers and Telcos.

From its inception, StarConnect's focus has been on building a wholesale service model. StarConnect's solution is known as Sat-Basic. The Sat-Basic solution allows StarConnect's customers to offer private-labeled, satellite-delivered, broadband Internet service. This allows StarConnect Partners to provide a broadband Internet service their end-users who live in areas not serviced by DSL, Cable or private wireless networks; those who live where no broadband service has previously been available.

StarConnect's core team includes managers and engineers all experienced in the deployment, marketing and support of similar technological platforms. StarConnect has designed and implemented its solutions at a state-of-the-art satellite teleport locations in Atlanta, Georgia. From this teleport, StarConnect uplinks its data services to two(2) different satellites. For North America, StarConnect uses the AMC6 KU band satellite, located at 72 degrees East. For Latin America, StarConnect utilizes the Hispasat 1 D.

Although StarConnect's platform has been serving customers since 2005. Additional improvements have been made to the platform since that time specifically in the areas of real time end-user activation, management, online hardware ordering and tracking. The hardware and software integration is highly efficient and scaleable.
